Favourites

How it works

Every module in the sidebar has a star icon next to its name. Click it and that module jumps to the top of the list, with a filled star indicating it’s been favourited. Click the star again to remove it from the top and return it to its normal position.

Favourites are personal - they’re saved per user, so your pinned modules don’t affect what anyone else on your team sees in their sidebar.

When it’s useful

The sidebar grows as you enable more modules. If you find yourself navigating to the same two or three places constantly - Touchpoints every morning, Presence to check who’s in, Tasks to review your team’s workload - starring those modules means one less click every time.

It’s also useful when you’re working through something time-sensitive and want quick access to a module you don’t normally use. Star it for the duration, then unstar it when you’re done.

Tips

There’s no limit on the number of modules you can favourite, but starring everything defeats the purpose. Two or three is usually the right number - enough to surface your daily tools without turning the top of the sidebar into a second list.
