Exporting your data

Your data belongs to you. mizuiro gives you several ways to export it, and we recommend doing so before you cancel rather than relying on the grace period, so there’s no time pressure.

What you can export

Reports

If the Reports module is enabled, you can run and download CSV exports covering your HR data - attendance records, expense summaries, training history, and more. Go to Sidebar - Reports and run the export from there.

Expense reports

Individual approved expense reports can be downloaded as CSV from the report detail page. Supervisors and managers can export any approved report.

Employee records

Each employee’s profile page includes an export option that produces a PDF of their key details and employment history. Depending on which modules you have enabled, this can include touchpoint history, training certifications, and other records.

When to export

The best time to export is before you cancel, while you still have full access and no time pressure. You can also export during the 30-day grace period that follows cancellation - access is read-only during that window, but exports still work.

Warning
Don’t leave it to the last minute. Once the grace period ends and your account is locked, you can still resubscribe within a year to regain access and export then. But after the one-year retention window closes, the data is gone permanently. See Data retention for the full timeline.
