Analytics
You’re keeping sensitive notes about real people in mizuiro, so it’s fair to ask what mizuiro is keeping about you. In one line: we count visitors on the public website, and we don’t watch what you do inside the app. This page spells out both halves.
The pages anyone can see without signing in (the home page, features, pricing, the privacy policy and terms) plus the sign-up and sign-in pages use Plausible Analytics. It’s a privacy-focused service and we chose it for that reason. On those pages it records:
- Which page was visited and which site sent you there, if any.
- Your browser, operating system, and whether you’re on a phone, tablet, or desktop.
- Your country and region.
- One event, “Signup”, when a registration form is accepted, so we know how many visitors start a trial.
That’s the whole list. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and has no way to recognise you from one day to the next. The numbers we see are totals, not people. If you use a content blocker, it’ll block the script and the site works exactly the same without it.
NoteOnce you’re signed in, we’re not watching how you use mizuiro. The analytics script isn’t loaded anywhere inside the app. We don’t measure which modules you open, how long you spend, what your team does, or anything else about your day-to-day use.
This is deliberate, and it’s written into the privacy policy and the terms rather than just being how things happen to be today. What we know about how people actually use mizuiro comes from what customers tell us. If something’s awkward or missing, tell us; it’s the only way we find out.
The audit log is a different thing. It’s your company’s own record of who changed what, kept for you and visible to you as the manager. It lives in your account, it isn’t analytics, and nothing from it goes to Plausible or anywhere else.

If we ever change what’s measured, those documents change first and account holders hear about it by email before it takes effect.
